Monkey Bread

This is one of my very favorite recipes!

These are so simple and SO ooey, gooey good!

You will not be disappointed if you give these a try.

What you will need:

  • Bundt pan or angel food cake pan
  • Frozen dinner rolls (18)
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • Small box of butterscotch pudding (not instant, must be cook-n-serve)


Place the frozen dinner rolls in the bundt pan (or angel food cake pan).

Sprinkle dry butterscotch pudding mix over top of rolls.

Melt the butter and pour over top of rolls.

 Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over top.

Cover and let rise overnight on counter.

In the morning, they should look similar to this...

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. They will be a golden brown. 

When done, flip pan over onto serving tray/plate and Enjoy!

This is a favorite of my family. They taste amazing! (Sorry for the poor quality of the last photo. No one wanted to wait for me to get a good one! They are that good!)
